Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 12 September 2026
Trading is risky. Trading futures, forex, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Please note. Trading-risk wording is legally sensitive and varies by regulator (CFTC/NFA, FCA, ESMA). Have a qualified lawyer review and localise this before use.

No guarantee of profit

Qurie is a software tool. Its use does not guarantee any profit or protect against loss. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to any results, examples, or targets shown anywhere by us.

Not financial advice

We are not a broker, exchange, or registered investment adviser, and we do not provide personalised investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Information and settings we provide (including recommended presets for asset classes) are general and educational. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for consulting a licensed professional where appropriate.

Hypothetical & backtested performance

Any performance figures we display may be hypothetical or backtested. Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not reflect the impact of factors such as liquidity, slippage, and fees. Because trades have not actually been executed, results may under- or over-compensate for such factors. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Automated trading risks

Automated strategies carry additional risks, including but not limited to:

  • technical failures, software bugs, connectivity or power loss, and platform or data-feed outages;
  • latency, slippage, partial fills, or orders executing at prices different from those intended;
  • unexpected or fast-moving market conditions the strategy was not designed for;
  • incorrect configuration or risk settings by the user.

Automated systems require monitoring. Do not leave the software trading unattended if you are not prepared to accept the outcomes. Test on a demo/simulated account first before risking real capital.

Your responsibility

You control your broker, platform, capital, risk settings, and every trade. You are responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, and tax obligations that apply to you, and for ensuring automated trading is permitted by your broker and in your jurisdiction.

Leverage

Leverage can work against you as well as for you. A small market movement can result in a proportionally larger loss and may exceed your initial deposit with some products.

Acknowledgement

By using Qurie you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure and accept these risks. If you do not understand the risks, seek independent advice from a licensed professional before trading.
