• Account & contact details — your name and email address, including the email tied to your ATAS account, which we require to grant you access to the Software.
• Transaction data — subscription plan, purchase history, and billing status. Card/payment details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Support communications — messages you send us and setup-session bookings.
• Usage & device data — basic analytics such as pages visited, IP address, and browser type, collected via our website and cookies.

How we use your information

• to provide the Service — grant, maintain, and revoke your access to Qurie;
• to process payments, renewals, and cancellations;
• to deliver your free setup session and provide support;
• to send service messages and, where permitted, product updates (you can opt out of marketing);
• to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Our legal bases (where GDPR applies) include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

How we share information

We share personal information only with:

• Payment processors (Whop) to take payment and manage subscriptions;
• The ATAS platform, to the extent needed to grant your account access to the Software;
• Service providers such as scheduling (Calendly), email, hosting, and analytics;
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to run the site and, if enabled, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser. If you are in Switzerland, the EU or the UK, we ask for consent to non-essential cookies through a consent notice and honour your choice.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
