End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a contract between you and Qurie Trading for the Qurie software ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software you agree to this EULA. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.

License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use one copy of the Software for your own personal trading, for as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.

Subscription-based access

The Software is licensed, not sold. Access is provisioned to the ATAS-account email you supply and remains valid only while your subscription is paid and active. When your subscription ends, lapses, or is revoked, the licence terminates and access to the Software is withdrawn.

Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, share, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software or your access;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, strategy logic, or parameters, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices, or bypass or tamper with licensing, access, or validation mechanisms;
• use the Software to provide a signal service, managed-account service, or any offering to third parties.

License validation

The Software may verify your licence status (for example by checking your active subscription or a licence key) and may stop functioning if it cannot confirm a valid, active licence. You consent to this validation as a condition of use.

Ownership

We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property. No ownership is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Updates

We may provide updates, improvements, or new features (such as future order-book functionality) at our discretion. Updates are provided under this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms. We are not obligated to provide any particular update or to maintain any feature.

Third-party platform

The Software runs inside the third-party ATAS platform and depends on ATAS, your data feed, and your broker. We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties. Your use of ATAS is governed by ATAS's own terms. Qurie is not affiliated with or endorsed by ATAS.

Term & termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if your subscription ends or if you breach it. We may terminate or suspend the licence immediately for breach or non-payment. On termination you must cease all use of the Software.

No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Software. Our total liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

No financial advice

The Software does not provide investment advice or recommendations. All trading decisions and outcomes are your responsibility. See the Risk Disclosure.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Switzerland, consistent with our Terms of Service.
